1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between IVORY beauty s.r.o., Registration No.: 09549391, registered address: Klimentská 36, 110 00 Praha 1 (hereinafter "Provider") and the client (hereinafter "Client") to whom body care and beauty services are provided (hereinafter "Services").

2. Booking and Contract Formation

2.1. Services may be booked via the online booking system, by phone, or in person.

2.2. The contractual relationship is established upon confirmation of the booking by the Provider. Confirmation is sent to the Client by email immediately after the booking is made.

2.3. The Provider sends the Client a booking reminder 24 or 48 hours before the appointment (as chosen by the Client).

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Service prices are listed in the current price list available at the premises and on the website within the online booking system.

3.2. Payment for services may be made:

• • in cash,
• • by credit or debit card,
• • by bank transfer,
• • by redeeming a gift certificate.

4. Cancellation Policy and Late Arrival

4.1. The Client is required to cancel or reschedule their appointment in a timely manner. In the event of late cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:

4.2. Late Arrival:

• • For treatments up to 30 minutes, a grace period of 5 minutes applies.
• • For treatments of 30 minutes or longer, a grace period of 10 minutes applies.

If this time is exceeded, the treatment may be shortened or cancelled without any reduction in price, in order not to disrupt the schedule of other clients.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Client is required to inform the staff of any medical contraindications (allergies, infections, pregnancy, etc.) prior to the start of the treatment. The Provider reserves the right to refuse to perform a service where health risks are present.

6. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Complaints

The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the quality of a service without undue delay, and no later than 3 days after the service was provided.

8. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

8.1. In the event of a dispute between the Provider and the Client – as a consumer – that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Client has the right to seek alternative consumer dispute resolution.

8.2. The body responsible for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA). Full details on alternative dispute resolution are available at www.coi.cz.
